What equipment will I need?

Some equipment will be needed for this training program. Most of these things you can find substitutes for with things around the house.
If you want to purchase any equipment, here are some of my recommendations: resistance bands, free weights, myofascial release ball

Free Weight

You will need some kind of weight (5-15lbs). This can be a dumbbell, a kettlebell, or even a gallon jug filled with water.

Resistance Band

A theraband or other brand of resistance band of medium to heavy strength will be needed, preferably not tied in a loop.

Soft Surface

You will need a soft surface to stand on, which can be a pillow, a thick piece of foam, or a rolled/folded towel.

Chair

You will need a standard height chair or bench, which is typically has a seat height of 17-20 inches from the floor.

Barre/Wall for Support

You will need a barre, something sturdy to hold onto, or a wall for balance.

Tennis Ball

A tennis ball or another kind of small ball will be needed for some myofascial work.
