Dancer Strength Series: Level 2

This program is for dancers that finished Level 1 or that already have a foundation in strengthening exercises.

This Level 2 Program is part of a series of exercise programs designed for dancers. You do NOT have to start with Level 1 if you are already familiar with and mastered basic strengthening exercises, such as bridges and side stepping with a resistance band. However, it is sometimes helpful to return to the basics and make sure you have a solid foundation first.

What equipment do I need?

  • Looped resistance band
  • Yoga block or rolled towel
  • Open space
  • That's it! Minimal equipment needed.
