Dr. Chelsea Moehlenbrock, PT, DPT combines her expertise in movement science and bone health to create a safe, evidence-based curriculum. Each phase of the program expands your knowledge on safe and effective resistance training so you can build strength and confidence.

Progress Tracking and Support

Objective assessments measure your improvements throughout the program. Access the at-home exercises in an app for guidance between sessions, plus enjoy 24/7 gym access to practice what you've learned.

Program Details

Ready to get started? Here's everything you need to know about joining the next session of The Mighty Bones Project:

  • Next Session: February 2 - April 30, 2026 (breaks for holidays included)
  • Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays 11:00am - 12:30pm (sessions range from 60-90 minutes)
  • Location: Ascension Fitness Studio (2482 Patterson Rd, Suite 100, Grand Junction, DO 81505)
  • Price: $700/month OR one-time payment of $1950
  • Group size: 4-6 participants per cohort
  • Guidance: 2-3 specialized personal trainers present at every session, 1 physical therapist present for up to 50% of the sessions depending on medical complexity and needs
  • Assessments: Objective assessments are collected at the beginning and end of the program. These help track changes in strength, balance, functional mobility, and fall risk.
